Nova Hair Payment, Ordering & MOQ
This policy explains how orders are placed and paid for with Nova Hair Factory.
Confirming your order
Before payment, customers must confirm all specifications, including quality, length, weight, texture, colour, drawn level, lace, density, cap size, and quantity. Production begins only after payment and final specification approval.
Payment methods
Available payment methods may include PayPal, bank transfer, Wise, Western Union, MoneyGram, card payment, and Apple Pay. The methods available for your order are confirmed on your invoice.
Deposits for custom orders
Custom orders may require a 50% deposit, with the balance due after video approval and before shipment. The exact terms are stated on your invoice.
Minimum order quantity (MOQ)
Our standard MOQ is generally 200g per order.
Samples
New customers may purchase one paid 100g bundle or one custom wig as a sample, subject to availability. Samples are intended to help you evaluate the hair before placing a larger wholesale order.
