Nova Hair Shipping & Delivery Policy
Nova Hair Factory ships internationally, directly from our factory in Bắc Ninh, Vietnam. This policy explains how your order is produced, shipped, and delivered.
Production time
Production begins after payment and final specification approval. Estimated production times are:
- Standard bundles: approximately 3–5 working days
- Custom textures, colours and extensions: confirmed according to the order
- Custom wigs: approximately 7–14 working days
- Large wholesale and private-label orders: confirmed separately
These are estimates. Exact timing is confirmed on your invoice.
Carriers and shipping cost
We ship through DHL, FedEx, UPS, or another suitable carrier. Shipping cost depends on the destination, postal code, and parcel weight, and is confirmed before you pay. Tracking information is provided after your order is dispatched.
Duties, taxes and customs
Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, shipments are sent under DAP/DDU terms. This means the recipient is responsible for import duties, VAT, customs-clearance fees, and any other charges applied by the destination country. These charges are set by your local authorities and are not included in the item or shipping price.
Delivery information
Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information. Any additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address — including re-delivery or return-to-sender fees — are the customer’s responsibility.
