Nova Hair Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern all sample, wholesale, custom wig, OEM, and private-label orders placed with Nova Hair Factory, and your use of novahairfactory.com. By confirming an invoice or making payment, you accept the specifications and terms stated here and in our related policies.
Orders
All specifications must be confirmed before payment, and production begins only after payment and final approval. Full details are in our Payment, Ordering & MOQ policy, Hair Quality & Standards, Shipping & Delivery policy, and Returns, Refunds & Quality Guarantee, which form part of these terms.
Pricing
Prices are quoted on your invoice and may change until an order is confirmed. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping and any destination duties or taxes.
Custom wigs
Custom wig pricing is calculated as:
Bundles + closure or frontal + wig-making fee + customization + shipping.
The final price for your wig is confirmed on your invoice.
Private label
We offer private-label packaging, including boxes, satin bags, bundle wraps, tags, labels, and care cards. Minimum order quantity and pricing depend on the design, material, and quantity, and are confirmed before production.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, product photography, logos, and designs — is the property of Nova Hair Factory and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Website use
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it or attempt to disrupt it. Information on the site is provided in good faith for general guidance; product estimates such as lifespan are not guarantees.
Delays beyond our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, natural events, or disruptions to supply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here, with the “last updated” date above, is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
