What Are Vietnamese Raw Hair Bundles?
Vietnamese raw hair bundles are wefts of 100% human hair collected from a single donor, with the cuticle intact and running in one direction from root to tip. Raw hair receives no acid bath, no silicone coating, and no chemical straightening, which is what separates it from “virgin” and processed hair sold under the same label. Because the cuticle is aligned, the hair resists tangling, sheds minimally, and lifts to blonde without disintegrating.
Each Nova bundle weighs 100 grams and ships in lengths from 8 to 32 inches. Donors in Vietnam rarely chemically treat their hair, so the strands are thick, strong, and consistent from root to tip — the qualities salons and hair-brand owners test for before committing to a supplier.
What Makes Nova Hair Factory’s Raw Bundles Different?
Nova Hair Factory produces its raw bundles in Đông Xuất, Yên Phong, Bắc Ninh — the center of Vietnam’s hair-processing village, where sorting, washing, and wefting have been the local trade for generations. Buying factory-direct removes the reseller markup and shortens the supply chain to a single step between donor and buyer.
Being at the source also lets us prove quality on demand. We film each order as it is packed, run a bleach test on camera when a buyer asks, and take serious buyers on a live WhatsApp video tour of the production floor. A reseller several steps removed from the factory cannot match this.
Raw Bundle Specifications
The table above lists the core specifications for every raw bundle. The sections below answer the questions wholesale buyers ask most before placing a first order.
What textures are available?
Nova raw bundles come in six textures: bone straight, body wave, deep wave, funmi, kinky straight, and kinky curly. Every texture is cut from the same raw, cuticle-aligned hair, so the behaviour under heat and bleach stays consistent across the range. Wavy and curly textures measure 1 to 2 inches shorter than straight hair of the same labelled length, because the pattern shortens the strand.
What lengths and weights are available?
Raw bundles ship in lengths from 8 to 32 inches, and each bundle weighs 100 grams. Custom lengths are available on request for wholesale orders. Longer lengths carry a higher price per bundle because a single donor yields less usable hair at 28 to 32 inches than at shorter lengths.
What colors are available, and do the bundles lift to #613?
Raw bundles arrive in their natural 1B black and lift cleanly to #613 platinum blonde in a single bleach session. An even lift with no dark strands is the mark of genuine single-donor raw hair; filler or mixed hair leaves patches that will not lighten. Read the 613 bleach test explained for the exact protocol buyers use to check this.
What is the difference between single drawn and double drawn?
Single drawn bundles contain strands of mixed lengths, thick at the weft and tapering toward the tip, which gives a natural, lived-in fall. Double drawn bundles have the shortest strands removed by hand, so the bundle stays thick from weft to tip and looks fuller. Double drawn costs more because the hand-sorting removes usable weight. Nova supplies both; the right choice depends on whether your customers want a natural taper or maximum thickness.
How Long Do Raw Vietnamese Bundles Last?
Raw Vietnamese bundles can last one to three years with proper care, far longer than processed hair, which typically holds up for a few months. Longevity comes from the intact cuticle: it lets the hair be washed, coloured, and heat-styled repeatedly without the coating breakdown that makes processed hair tangle and dull. For a salon whose reputation rides on every install, that lifespan is the reason raw hair justifies its price.
How to Verify the Hair Is Genuinely Raw
The most reliable check is the bleach test: a strand of true raw hair lifts to an even #613 blonde and stays soft, while processed hair turns gummy or shows dark filler strands that will not lighten. Two further checks confirm origin — sliding fingers from tip to root meets slight cuticle resistance on aligned hair, and genuine raw hair carries no chemical smell when wet or warmed. Our full guide, how to spot fake raw hair, walks through all five tests buyers run before paying a vendor. Nova performs the bleach test on camera for any buyer who asks, before payment.
How to Order Raw Bundles Wholesale
Wholesale orders start with a message on WhatsApp, where we send the current price list, stock videos, and — if you want it — a live factory video call. We recommend a small trial order first so you can judge the hair before committing to bulk. Minimum order quantity and wholesale pricing are quoted per texture and length on WhatsApp, because both vary with donor availability.
Shipping and payment
Bundles ship worldwide by DHL or FedEx express with tracking on every order. Transit times and accepted payment methods are confirmed for your country when you order. We film the order being packed so you see exactly what leaves the factory before it ships.
Custom and private-label orders
Nova produces custom lengths, colours, and textures for wholesale buyers, and supports private-label packaging for hair-brand owners building their own line. Share your specification on WhatsApp and we quote the order directly from the factory.
Raw vs Virgin vs Remy Hair
Raw, virgin, and remy describe three different levels of processing. Raw hair is single-donor and completely unprocessed. Virgin hair is unprocessed but may be steam-treated to create a uniform curl pattern. Remy hair keeps the cuticle aligned but may be collected from several donors and lightly processed. Raw hair lifts to the lightest blondes and lasts longest, which is why it commands the highest price.
